ARE PETS ALLOWED?

We value the comfort and cleanliness of our bus for all renters and strive to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. To ensure the well-being of our customers and the condition of our vehicles, we have implemented a strict "No Pet" policy for all.  This policy is in effect from the time of booking until the end of the rental period.  Service Animal inquiries should reach out to us directly.

ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

Our goal is to provide all our customers with a clean and enjoyable bus rental experience. To ensure that each rental returns in the same pristine condition it was provided, we have established a transparent cleaning fee policy. This fee will only be charged if the RV requires extra cleaning beyond the standard checkout instructions provided to renters. We kindly ask all renters to follow the outlined guidelines to maintain cleanliness during their trip and avoid incurring additional charges.

  1. Standard Checkout Cleaning Instructions:

    • Before we return to pick up the bus, please ensure that all personal belongings are removed, and the interior is in a similar condition to that in which it was delivered.

    • All kitchen appliances, utensils, and dishes should be cleaned and returned to their location.

    • Bathroom facilities, if applicable, should be free of any waste.

  2. Condition Assessment:

    • Upon return, our team will conduct an inspection of the bus interior. We understand that normal wear and tear may occur during your trip and will not be subject to the cleaning fee.

  3. Extra Cleaning Fee:

    • If, after the inspection, our team determines that the RV requires additional cleaning beyond the standard checkout instructions, a cleaning fee will be applied.

    • The cleaning fee will be based on the extent of the extra cleaning needed and will be clearly communicated to the renter along with supporting documentation or photos.

  4. Fee Deduction:

    • The cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit provided at the beginning of the rental period. If the fee exceeds the security deposit amount, the renter will be responsible for covering the outstanding balance.

  5. Communication and Disputes:

    • We encourage open communication with our renters. If you believe there is a discrepancy or disagreement regarding the cleaning fee, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible.

    • In case of disputes, we will carefully review the condition assessment and any supporting evidence. Our aim is to reach a fair resolution promptly.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible while ensuring a fair and smooth process for all our customers. Our cancellation policy for The Bus Stops, is as follows:

  1. Cancellation Notice Period:

    • If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must provide a minimum notice of 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. This allows us to try and accommodate other potential renters and ensures fairness in the booking process.

  2. Cancellation Fees:

    • Cancellation made more than 7 days before the delivery date: No cancellation fee will be charged, and you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

    • Cancellation made within 3-7 days of the delivery date: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total rental cost will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

    • Cancellation made within 48 hours of the delivery time: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided, and the entire rental cost will be charged.

  3. Reservation Changes:

    • If you wish to modify your reservation, such as changing the rental dates, please notify us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability, and additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the modification.
